- More than 50 hours of playtime per charge; 20 minutes on a 30W USB-C PD charger adds about 8 hours, and a full charge takes 3 hours.
- IP54 dust and water resistance: protected from limited dust and from water splashes from any direction.
- Bluetooth 5.3 with Auracast, SBC, AAC and LC3 codecs, two devices connected at once and a range of up to 10 m.
- Top panel with volume, bass and treble knobs, a media jog, a customisable M-button for EQ presets and a 10-segment battery indicator.
- USB-C port doubles as a power bank to charge your phone, plus a 3.5 mm AUX input on the back for wired sources.
The Marshall Kilburn III is a portable Bluetooth speaker for moving between rooms, the balcony and the garden. It measures 273 x 169 x 150 mm, weighs 2.8 kg and comes in Brown with a velvet-lined carry strap. A 4-inch woofer and two 2-inch full-range drivers sit in a bass reflex cabinet, and Marshall's True Stereophonic layout spreads stereo sound all around it, with Dynamic Loudness keeping the balance as the volume changes.
A full charge gives more than 50 hours of playtime, and 20 minutes on a 30W USB-C PD charger adds about 8 hours. The USB-C port can also charge your phone. Bluetooth 5.3 with Auracast keeps two devices connected at once, a 3.5 mm AUX input takes wired sources, and the top panel has volume, bass and treble knobs, a media jog and an M-button for EQ presets.
IP54 covers dust and splashes, not rain or a dip in the pool. There is no microphone for calls, no Wi-Fi and no voice assistant, and no charger in the box. At 2.8 kg it is better carried from room to room than packed in a bag.
Charge the speaker before first use with the included USB-C to USB-C cable and a USB power source rated 5V or 9V at 3A. The port is on the back, and the speaker must be completely dry before you plug it in. Pull the power switch towards the front to turn it on, then hold the Bluetooth button until the light pulses slowly and pick KILBURN III in your phone's Bluetooth list. Push the media jog to play or pause and push it left or right to skip. The Marshall Bluetooth app adds EQ settings, M-button presets, battery preservation and firmware updates.
Marshall Kilburn III speaker, USB-C to USB-C charging cable, quick start guide and legal and safety information. A USB charger and an AUX cable are not included.
