The Redmi Turbo 5 in Asphalt Black has a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED display (2756 x 1268) that refreshes at up to 120Hz and reaches up to 3500 nits at peak. It uses 3840Hz PWM and DC dimming, carries TUV Rheinland low blue light, flicker free and circadian friendly certifications, and is covered by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. Ring lights around the two cameras can light up for calls, notifications and music in 8 colours.
The 7540mAh silicon-carbon battery charges at up to 100W with the supplied adapter, and Xiaomi quotes a full charge in about 70 minutes. It can also charge other devices over a cable at up to 27W. The main camera is a 50MP Sony IMX882 with an f/1.5 lens and OIS, next to an 8MP ultra-wide, and it records 4K video at up to 60fps. The front camera is 20MP.
Inside is the MediaTek Dimensity 8500-Ultra (4nm) with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.1 storage. It runs Xiaomi HyperOS 3 on Android 16 with 4 years of OS and 6 years of security updates. There is no memory card slot and no 3.5mm headphone jack, so 256GB is all the storage you get.
Use the SIM eject tool from the box to open the tray and fit one or two nano-SIMs. The screen protector is already applied and a protective case is in the box. Charge with the 100W adapter and USB Type-C cable from the box, then switch the phone on and follow the setup steps.
