The Redmi A7 Pro 4G in Sunset Orange is 8.15 mm thin and weighs 208 g. Its 6.9-inch HD+ screen runs at up to 120Hz, reaches 800 nits and carries TUV Rheinland eye care certifications, and wet touch 2.0 keeps it responsive with damp fingers. Inside is the UNISOC T7250 with 4GB of RAM, up to 4GB more as virtual RAM, and 64GB of storage.
A dedicated microSD slot takes a card of up to 2TB alongside two Nano-SIMs. The back has a 13MP AI dual camera and the front an 8MP camera. It runs Android 16 with Xiaomi HyperOS 3, with Google Gemini and Circle to Search, and Xiaomi India promises 4 years of Android updates and 6 years of security updates.
The 6300mAh battery charges at up to 15W with the charger in the box, and it can charge another device over a cable at 7.5W. It keeps a 3.5mm headphone jack and FM radio, and unlocks with a side fingerprint sensor. This is the 4G model without 5G, and IP52 covers light splashes only.
Use the SIM eject tool from the box to open the tray. Fit one or two Nano-SIMs, and a microSD card in its own slot if you want more storage. Charge with the 15W charger and USB Type-C cable from the box, switch the phone on, sign in with your Google account and register your fingerprint on the side sensor during setup.
