The Xiaomi 17T in Black has a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED display that runs at up to 120Hz and reaches 3500 nits peak brightness, with HDR10+, Dolby Vision and 3840Hz PWM plus DC dimming. Corning Gorilla Glass 7i covers the front and the back, the body is 8.17 mm thick and 200 g, and the phone is rated IP68.
The rear cameras use Leica Summilux optics: a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP 5x periscope telephoto at 115mm with OIS, and a 12MP ultra-wide with a 120-degree view. The rear cameras record 4K HDR10+ at up to 60fps, including Log, and the 32MP front camera records 4K at 30fps.
Inside is the MediaTek Dimensity 8500-Ultra with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage, cooled by Xiaomi's 3D IceLoop system. The 6500mAh silicon-carbon battery charges at 67W with the supplied charger and can charge another device at 22.5W over a cable. It runs Xiaomi HyperOS 3 on Android 16, with 4 Android upgrades and 6 years of security updates. Charging is wired only, Wi-Fi is Wi-Fi 6, and there is no memory card slot.
Use the SIM eject tool from the box to fit your nano-SIM cards. Charge with the charger and USB Type-C cable from the box, switch the phone on and register your fingerprint on the in-display sensor during setup. The protective case from the box fits straight on.
