The Vivo X300 Ultra 5G smartphone in Eclipse Black has a glass back with a split design inspired by classic cameras. Eclipse Black is a dark grey finish. In this colour it measures 162.98 x 76.81 x 8.19 mm and weighs 232 g. It is rated IP68 and IP69 for dust and water.
The rear cameras cover 14mm, 35mm and 85mm, all with ZEISS optics and OIS. The 35mm main and 85mm telephoto cameras use 200MP sensors, the ultra-wide is 50MP, and all three film 4K at up to 120fps with 10-bit Log. The 6.82-inch 2K AMOLED screen runs at up to 144Hz. Inside are the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, 16GB of RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. It launched with OriginOS 6 on Android 16.
The 6600mAh battery supports 100W wired charging with the charger in the box, and 40W wireless charging with a vivo wireless charger sold separately. There is no memory card slot and no 3.5mm headphone jack. vivo's telephoto extenders and imaging grip are not included. The water ratings can wear over time, and liquid damage is not covered under warranty.
Use the eject tool from the box to open the SIM tray; it takes two Nano-SIM cards. A protective film is already on the screen and a case is in the box. vivo says a regular third-party tempered glass can stop the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor working well, so use the original film. Charge the phone with the vivo charger and cable from the box, then switch it on and follow the on-screen setup.

vivo India covers the phone for one year, and the charger and data cable for 6 months, from the date of purchase. Service is available at any vivo authorised service centre in India.
