- USB-C port for a 3.5 mm source such as a turntable with the Sonos Line-In Adapter, or wired Ethernet with the Sonos Combo Adapter (both sold separately).
- Pair two Era 300s as Dolby Atmos rear surrounds with a Sonos Arc, Arc Ultra or Beam (Gen 2), or as a stereo pair for music.

The Sonos Era 300 is a Dolby Atmos Wi-Fi Bluetooth speaker designed for spatial audio. Six drivers run on six Class-D amplifiers: a forward-firing tweeter for the centre, two side-firing tweeters for width, an up-firing tweeter in a horn that bounces height effects off the ceiling, and two angled woofers. Add a second Era 300 for a stereo pair.
Setup needs the Sonos app and Wi-Fi. Dolby Atmos music plays over Wi-Fi from Apple Music and Amazon Music in the Sonos app, while AirPlay 2 and Bluetooth play in stereo. The USB-C port takes the Sonos Line-In Adapter for a turntable, and Trueplay tunes the sound to your room. Two Era 300s also work as Atmos rear surrounds with a Sonos Arc, Arc Ultra or Beam (Gen 2).
Leave about 60 cm of open space above it and keep it out of closed shelves. Sonos lists Alexa and Sonos Voice Control, but India is not on its Alexa country list and Sonos Voice Control speaks only US English and French, so plan on the touch controls, app and AirPlay. There is no battery, 3.5 mm jack or HDMI port, and Bluetooth works only after Wi-Fi setup. On Android, Trueplay offers quick tuning only; advanced tuning needs an iPhone or iPad.
