Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 5 Bluetooth Noise Cancelling Earbuds with Mic - Cream

The Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 5 in Cream are true wireless noise cancelling earbuds built around the 7 mm TrueResponse dynamic driver that Sennheiser makes in Ireland, with a 5 Hz to 21 kHz response and audio up to 24-bit/96 kHz. Adaptive noise cancellation adjusts to the noise around you, Adaptive Anti-Wind steps in when it gets gusty, and Transparency Mode lets outside sound back in at a touch. Dolby Atmos works with any music or video, and head tracking can be switched on in the Smart Control Plus app, which also has an 8-band EQ and Sound Personalization.

Bluetooth 6.0 supports SBC, AAC, aptX and aptX Adaptive, with a choice of 24-bit/96 kHz high resolution or aptX Lossless. The earbuds stay connected to two devices at once and remember up to six. For calls, each earbud has three microphones plus a bone-conduction voice sensor, and AI voice isolation keeps your voice clear on a busy street. Sennheiser rates up to 12 hours per charge and 40 hours in total with the slim case, which charges over USB-C or on a Qi wireless pad.

The 12 hour figure is with noise cancelling off; with it on, Sennheiser rates about 6 hours per charge. The earbuds are rated IP54 for dust and splashes, but the case has no rating and neither should go under water. Lossless playback needs a phone that supports aptX Lossless, and iPhones connect over AAC. No charger is included. The batteries in both earbuds and the case can be swapped at home with the tool in the box; replacement batteries are sold separately.

Charge the earbuds fully in the case with the USB-C cable before first use, which takes about 1.5 hours. Open the case and the earbuds switch on and start pairing by themselves the first time; select MOMENTUM TW 5 in your phone's Bluetooth list, or tap the Google Fast Pair pop-up on Android. To pair another device later, touch and hold both touch pads for 3 seconds. Try the four ear tip sizes and twist the earbuds gently into place, then run the fit test in the Sennheiser Smart Control Plus app, because noise cancelling and bass depend on the seal. Use the app to switch on multipoint, set the EQ, touch controls and head tracking, and update the firmware.

Sennheiser gives the first owner a one-year warranty from the date on the invoice when this product is bought new from an authorised Sennheiser dealer in India. A defect in materials or workmanship in that year is repaired, or the product or faulty part replaced, free of charge at Sennheiser's choice. To claim, contact Sennheiser India customer support or visit a Sennheiser service centre with the original invoice, as every claim needs it. The ear tips, charging cable, battery tool and other accessories in the box, the batteries, normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or accidents, and products opened or repaired by anyone other than an authorised service partner are not covered.
