Sennheiser Accentum Wireless Bluetooth Over-Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones - Black

The Sennheiser Accentum Wireless are over-ear Bluetooth noise cancelling headphones built around 37 mm dynamic drivers with a 10 Hz to 22 kHz response. Hybrid active noise cancellation uses microphones on the outside and inside of the ear cups to cut engine, fan and street noise, and a double press of the main button switches to Transparency Mode when you need to hear an announcement. The Sennheiser Smart Control Plus app adds a 5-band EQ with Bass Boost and Podcast sound modes.

Sennheiser rates the battery at up to 50 hours with ANC on, and a 10-minute charge over USB-C adds about 5 hours. Bluetooth 5.2 supports SBC, AAC, aptX and aptX HD, and multipoint keeps the headphones connected to two devices at once, such as a phone and a laptop. Two beamforming microphones handle calls, with automatic wind noise reduction and adjustable sidetone, and four buttons on the right ear cup control music, volume, calls and your voice assistant. At 222 g with a padded headband, the ear cups fold flat to slip into a bag.

Sennheiser gives no water or sweat resistance rating, so keep them away from rain and workouts. There is no 3.5 mm audio socket, no wear sensor to pause music when you take them off, and no carry case or charger in the box. The 800 mAh battery is built in and a full charge takes about 3 hours. For wired listening, the supplied USB cable carries music and calls from a laptop, PC or other device that supports USB audio.

Charge the headphones with the supplied USB cable before first use; a full charge takes about 3 hours. Press the main button on the right ear cup for 3 seconds to switch them on. The first time, they go into pairing mode on their own, so pick ACCENTUM in your phone's Bluetooth menu. To pair another device later, switch them on and then hold the main button for 5 seconds until the light flashes white and red. Install the Sennheiser Smart Control Plus app to update the headphones and set the EQ. Press the music and call button once to play or pause and twice for the next track, and press the main button twice to switch between ANC and Transparency Mode.

Sennheiser Accentum Wireless headphones, USB cable (USB-C to USB-A, about 1.2 m), quick guide, safety guide and compliance sheet. No carry case, audio cable or USB power adapter is included.
