Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 40mm LTE Smartwatch - Green

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 40mm LTE in Green is Samsung's everyday smartwatch for fitness, sleep and notifications. Its 3.33 cm Super AMOLED screen (432 x 432 pixels) sits under Sapphire Crystal glass in an Armor Aluminum case that weighs 28.8 g, and the watch is rated 5 ATM and IP68 and tested to MIL-STD-810H.

A 3nm five-core processor with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage runs Wear OS Powered by Samsung with apps from the Google Play Store. Dual-frequency GPS (L1+L5) keeps runs and rides on track between tall buildings. The BioActive sensor feeds Energy Score, sleep coaching, heart rate alerts, ECG, blood pressure and body composition, and Fall Detection can call for help. The eSIM lets you take calls and stream music without your phone.

Samsung rates the 300 mAh battery at up to 40 hours with Always On Display off and up to 30 hours with it on, so plan to charge every day or two. It is fine for swimming but not for diving or high-pressure water sports. Some health features, such as ECG and blood pressure, need a Samsung Galaxy phone, and LTE needs a carrier that supports watch eSIMs.

Charge the watch on the wireless charger first. On your Android phone, install or update the Galaxy Wearable app, turn on Bluetooth and follow the pairing steps in the app. To use LTE, add a watch eSIM plan from your carrier during setup or later in the Galaxy Wearable app.

Galaxy Watch 7 with its band fitted and a wireless charger with a USB-C connector. A power adapter is sold separately.

Samsung India covers this watch with a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Keep your invoice for any service request at a Samsung service centre.
