The Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ Wi-Fi tablet in Graphite is an 11-inch Android tablet with a metal body, 6.9 mm thin and 480 g. Its WUXGA TFT screen (1920 x 1200) refreshes at up to 90Hz for smoother scrolling, video and games, and you can run up to three apps on the screen at once.
Inside is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 (2.2GHz and 1.8GHz) with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and a microSD card of up to 1TB adds room for photos, video and music. Four speakers with Dolby Atmos and a 3.5mm jack handle sound, and Quick Share sends files to nearby Galaxy devices in a few taps.
The 7040mAh battery charges over USB Type-C, but the box only has the tablet, a data cable, an eject pin and a quick start guide, so the charger is extra. This Wi-Fi model has no SIM slot, there is no NFC, and the cameras are 8 MP rear and 5 MP front, fine for video calls and scanning documents.
This Wi-Fi model has no SIM slot. Use the eject pin from the box to open the tray if you want to add a microSD card of up to 1TB. Charge it with the data cable from the box and a USB Type-C charger, as no travel adapter is included. Switch the tablet on, sign in with your Google account and use Samsung Smart Switch to copy apps, photos and contacts from an old phone or tablet, including an iPhone or iPad.
Galaxy Tab A9+, data cable, eject pin and quick start guide. No travel adapter is included.
