The Samsung Galaxy Tab A11 LTE tablet in Gray is a compact 8.7-inch Android tablet with a design that follows the Galaxy S series. It measures 211 x 124.7 x 8 mm and weighs 337 g, so it is easy to hold in one hand for reading or video calls. The WXGA+ TFT screen (1340 x 800) runs at 90Hz for smoother scrolling and stays readable in direct sunlight.
Inside is an octa-core MediaTek Helio G99 with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and a microSD card of up to 2TB adds room for photos, video and music. The LTE model takes a SIM card for 4G mobile data wherever you go. The 5 MP front camera handles video calls, the 8 MP rear camera has autofocus, and two Dolby-tuned speakers plus a 3.5mm jack cover films and music.
The 5100mAh battery charges over USB Type-C, but there is no power adapter in the box, only a USB Type-C cable, an ejection pin and a quick start guide. The screen is HD rather than Full HD, there is no NFC, and memory cards hold media files only, not apps.
Use the ejection pin from the box to open the tray and fit your SIM card for mobile data, plus a microSD card of up to 2TB if you want more storage. Charge it with the USB Type-C cable from the box and a USB Type-C charger, as no power adapter is included. Switch the tablet on, sign in with your Google account and use Samsung Smart Switch to copy apps, photos and contacts from an old phone or tablet, including an iPhone or iPad.
