The Samsung Galaxy F70e 5G in Spotlight Blue is 8.2 mm thin and weighs 199 g, with a leather-finish back. Its 6.7-inch HD+ PLS LCD screen shows 720 x 1600 pixels at up to 120Hz, and High Brightness Mode lifts it to 800 nits outdoors. Inside is the 8-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and Samsung makes the phone in India.
The back has a 50MP main camera with an f/1.8 lens and autofocus, paired with a 2MP depth camera for portraits, and video records in Full HD at 30fps. The front camera is 8MP. It launched with Android 16 and One UI 8, and Samsung India promises 6 generations of OS upgrades with security updates until 31 January 2032.
The 6000mAh battery supports 25W fast charging over USB Type-C, but only a USB Type-C cable is in the box, so the charger is bought separately. The screen is an HD+ LCD panel, there is a single speaker rather than stereo and there is no NFC. IP54 covers dust and splashes, not swimming. The microSD slot is hybrid, so a card takes the place of the second SIM.
Use the ejection pin from the box to open the SIM tray. Fit one nano-SIM, plus either a second nano-SIM or a microSD card in the hybrid slot. Charge with the USB Type-C cable from the box and a USB Type-C charger, as no charger is included. Switch the phone on and use Samsung Smart Switch during setup to copy apps, photos and contacts from your old phone.
Galaxy F70e 5G, USB Type-C to Type-C data cable, ejection pin and quick start guide. No charger is included.
Samsung India covers the handset and battery for 12 months and the accessories in the box for 6 months from the date of purchase, for manufacturing defects. Keep your invoice, as Samsung asks for it at its authorised service centres.
