The Samsung Galaxy Buds FE in Graphite are compact in-ear wireless earbuds with active noise cancelling and a fit you can adjust: the box has two sizes of wing tips and three sizes of ear tips, and the Galaxy Wearable app has an earbud fit test. A 1-way speaker is tuned for deep, strong bass, and each earbud weighs 5.6 g. Samsung makes them in India at Dixon Technologies in Noida.
Touch and hold the touch area to switch ANC on or off, or move to ambient sound, which has three volume levels, when you need to talk to someone. Three microphones in each earbud, beamforming and a DNN noise filter help your voice carry on calls. You can say "Hi, Bixby" for hands-free voice commands, and Auto Switch moves the sound between paired Galaxy devices.
Samsung rates up to 6 hours of music with ANC on and up to 30 hours in total with the case and ANC off. Samsung India does not list a water or dust rating for these earbuds, so keep them away from water. Galaxy AI Interpreter needs a compatible Galaxy phone, and an iPhone connects only as basic Bluetooth audio.
Charge the case first with a USB Type-C cable (one is in the box). Open the case near a Samsung Galaxy phone or tablet with Bluetooth on and tap Connect on the pop-up. Settings such as the equaliser and noise control are in the Galaxy Wearable app (Android 8.0 or later), which needs a Samsung Account. On other devices, including an iPhone, pair them from the Bluetooth settings as standard Bluetooth earbuds. Medium ear tips and M/L wing tips are fitted; run the earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to check the seal.
Galaxy Buds FE earbuds, Charging Case, wing tips in two sizes (S/M and M/L, with M/L fitted), ear tips in three sizes (S, M and L, with M fitted), USB cable and Quick Start Guide. A power adapter is not included.
Samsung India covers Galaxy Buds for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, with repairs carried out at Samsung authorised service centres. Keep your invoice, as Samsung asks for it with every warranty claim.
