The OPPO F31 Pro+ 5G in Gemstone Blue runs on the 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, and a 5,219 sq mm vapour chamber spreads heat while gaming or on long video calls. Its 7000mAh battery is rated for about 1830 charge cycles, and the 80W SUPERVOOC charger in the box reaches about 42% in 20 minutes in OPPO's lab test.
OPPO rates it IP66, IP68 and IP69, and its 360-degree Armour Body passed seven MIL-STD-810H tests in OPPO's lab. The Gemstone Blue model has a glossy deep blue finish with a diamond-cut camera ring, is 7.7 mm thick and weighs about 195 g. The 50MP main camera has optical image stabilisation and records 4K video, even underwater in fresh water, and the 32MP front camera also films in 4K.
It pairs 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM with 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage and runs ColorOS 15 with Google Gemini. The 6.8-inch AMOLED screen reaches 1600 nits in high brightness mode, and OPPO's NetworkBoost S1 chip helps hold a signal in weak areas. There is no ultra-wide rear camera and no headphone jack, and OPPO does not list a card slot.
Use the SIM ejector tool from the box to open the SIM tray and fit up to two nano-SIM cards. Charge the phone with the charger and USB cable from the box, switch it on and follow the setup steps. OPPO's Clone Phone app can copy contacts, photos and apps from your old phone.
