The OnePlus Nord Buds 3r use 12.4 mm dynamic drivers with a titanized diaphragm, tuned for full bass with clear vocals. Sound Master EQ offers Balanced, Serenade and Bass presets and a 6-band equaliser, and OnePlus 3D Audio adds spatial sound on supported OnePlus phones and tablets. Two microphones in each earbud work with an AI call noise cancellation algorithm and an anti-wind design to keep your voice clear on calls.
They connect over Bluetooth 5.4 with AAC and SBC, stay paired with two devices at once, and pair in one tap on Android with Google Fast Pair. Gaming mode brings latency down to 47 ms. On select OnePlus phones you can double-tap an earbud to take a photo with Tap 2 Take, or use AI Translation in conversations. Touch controls work with wet fingers, Find My Earbuds plays a sound to locate a lost earbud, and each earbud weighs about 4.5 g.
OnePlus rates the earbuds at up to 12 hours per charge and 54 hours with the case (AAC, 50% volume), and up to 7 and 30 hours of calls. Ten minutes of charging gives up to 8 hours of playback with the case. The earbud battery is certified by TUV Rheinland to keep at least 80% of its capacity after 1,000 charge cycles. The earbuds are IP55 rated but the case is not, there is no active noise cancelling, and the box has no charging cable or power adapter.
Charge the case before first use with your own USB Type-C cable and charger, as neither is in the box. Open the charging case near your phone with the earbuds inside: OnePlus phones and Android phones with Google Fast Pair show a pairing pop-up, and on other devices, including an iPhone, pick OnePlus Nord Buds 3r in the Bluetooth settings (the user manual shows how to put them in pairing mode). OnePlus phones show the earbud settings in the Bluetooth menu; other Android phones and iPhones use the free HeyMelody app to turn on single tap, the low latency mode and the voice assistant shortcut. Medium ear tips are fitted; swap to small or large for a better seal.
OnePlus Nord Buds 3r earbuds (1 pair), Charging Case, ear tips in S, M and L (M fitted), and the User Manual with safety and warranty information. A USB Type-C cable and power adapter are not included.
OnePlus India covers the Nord Buds 3r for 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Physical damage, and liquid and dust damage, are not covered, even though the earbuds are IP55 rated. Keep your invoice, as it is needed for any warranty claim.
