The OnePlus Nord Buds 3 cut background noise with up to 32 dB of Active Noise Cancellation, and Transparency mode lets announcements and voices through when you need them. Two microphones in each earbud work with the AI Clear Calls algorithm to reduce background noise on calls. The 12.4 mm dynamic drivers have a titanized diaphragm, and BassWave 2.0 sets the bass in 20 steps.
They connect over Bluetooth 5.4 with AAC and SBC, stay paired with two devices at once, and pair in one tap on Android with Google Fast Pair. Sound Master EQ offers Balanced, Serenade and Bass presets, and OnePlus 3D Audio works on select OnePlus phones. The earbud battery is certified by TUV Rheinland to keep at least 80% of its capacity after 1,000 charge cycles.
OnePlus rates the earbuds at up to 12 hours and 43 hours with the case with ANC off, or 8 and 28 hours with ANC on (AAC, 50% volume). The earbuds are IP55 rated, but the charging case is not, and the box has no power adapter.
Charge the case before first use with the supplied USB Type-C cable and your own USB charger. Open the case lid next to your phone with the earbuds inside: OnePlus phones and Android phones with Google Fast Pair show a pairing pop-up, and on other devices you choose OnePlus Nord Buds 3 in the Bluetooth list (the user manual shows how to start pairing by hand). On a OnePlus phone the settings are in the earbud functions page of the Bluetooth menu; on other Android phones and on iPhone, install the HeyMelody app for EQ, controls and software updates. Try the spare ear tips if the fit feels loose, as a good seal helps the bass and noise cancelling.
OnePlus Nord Buds 3 earbuds (one pair), charging case, silicone ear tips in S, M and L, USB Type-C charging cable, user guide with safety and warranty information, and a Nord emoji sticker. No power adapter is included.
