The OnePlus Buds 4 put two drivers in each earbud, an 11 mm woofer and a 6 mm tweeter, each with its own DAC, and cover 15 Hz to 40 kHz. LHDC 5.0 streams Hi-Res Audio at up to 24-bit/192 kHz from supported Android phones. Golden Sound builds a sound profile from an ear scan and a listening test, and the EQ has three presets, a six-band custom mode and BassWave.
Real-time Adaptive ANC reaches up to 55 dB over a range of up to 5,500 Hz, and Adaptive Mode moves between ANC and Transparency for you. Three microphones per earbud handle calls with the AI Call Noise Cancellation algorithm. Bluetooth 5.4 with Steady Connect, dual-device connection, Google Fast Pair and a 47 ms low latency mode cover music, calls and games.
OnePlus rates the earbuds at up to 11 hours and 45 hours with the case with ANC off, or 6 and 24 hours with ANC on (AAC, 50% volume). A 10-minute charge adds about 11 hours. The earbuds are IP55 rated; AI Translation and camera control need a OnePlus phone.
Charge the case before first use with the supplied USB Type-C cable and your own USB charger. Open the case lid next to your phone with the earbuds inside: OnePlus phones and Android phones with Google Fast Pair show a pairing pop-up, and on other devices you choose OnePlus Buds 4 in the Bluetooth list (the user manual shows how to start pairing by hand). On a OnePlus phone the settings are in the earbud functions page of the Bluetooth menu; on other Android phones and on iPhone, install the HeyMelody app for EQ, controls and software updates. Run the Golden Sound ear scan in the app for a personal sound profile; the medium ear tips come fitted.
OnePlus Buds 4 earbuds (one pair), charging case, USB Type-C charging cable, ear tips in S, M and L (M fitted), and a user manual with safety and warranty information. No power adapter is included.
