The Nothing Phone (4a) Pro 5G smartphone in Black has an aluminium unibody with Nothing's transparent design around the camera. Its Glyph Matrix of 137 mini-LEDs shows chosen notifications, a clock, a timer and progress from apps such as Uber, and a red light shows when video is recording. It weighs 210 g and is 7.9 mm thick.
The 6.83-inch flexible AMOLED screen has a 1260 x 2800 resolution, refreshes at up to 144Hz and reaches 5000 nits at peak. Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 works with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The rear cameras are a 50MP main and a 50MP periscope with 3.5x optical zoom, both with OIS, plus an 8MP ultra-wide; the front camera is 32MP. It launched with Nothing OS 4.1 on Android 16.
The India model has a 5400mAh battery and 50W wired charging, but no charger comes in the box. Nothing rates the phone IP65, says it is not meant for the beach or pool, and does not cover liquid damage beyond IP65. The 140x zoom figure includes digital zoom, and the India model has no memory card slot, headphone jack or eSIM.

Glyph lights and design are unique, gets noticed everywhere I go. Camera in low light needs work though, thats the main letdown. Software is smooth no lag issues at all. Would rate higher if camera was better
