Nokia 6310 Dual SIM Keypad Mobile Phone - Black

The Nokia 6310 keypad phone in Black is HMD's 2024 model, keeping the rounded shape and numeric keypad of the original. Above the keys sits a curved 2.8-inch QVGA IPS screen, and the back has a 0.3MP camera with an LED flash that also works as a torch.

Zoomed menus and larger fonts make it easy to read, and accessibility mode sets a one-icon view with bigger text and full volume. HMD India also lists call recording, Phone talker (English) and 13 languages. The FM radio plays with or without a wired headset, the MP3 player reads songs from a microSD card (up to 32GB, sold separately) and Snake is built in. HMD rates the removable 1450mAh battery at up to 20 days on standby.

This is a 2G only phone. It needs a 2G (GSM) network on the 900 or 1800 MHz band, and HMD India recommends its 4G VoLTE models for Jio, so it is not suited to a Jio SIM. While one Mini-SIM is in a call, the other may be unavailable. Storage is 16MB, no headset is listed in the box, and HMD lists no browser, app store or WhatsApp.

Put your fingernail in the small slot at the back of the phone, lift off the back cover and take out the battery if it is in. Slide a Mini-SIM into the SIM card slot and, for a second number, another into the SIM2 slot, then add a microSD card if you have one. Put the battery and cover back, charge the phone through the USB Type-C port with the charger from the box, and press and hold the power key to switch on. Set the time under Menu, Settings, Time settings.
