The Nokia 130 Music dual SIM keypad phone in Purple is an HMD phone made for long calls and loud music. Its 2.4-inch QVGA colour screen sits above a tactile numeric keypad, and the torch sits in the centre of the round loudspeaker grille on the back. The textured polycarbonate body is rated IP52 against dust and dripping water.

Press and hold the Music key to play songs from a microSD card of up to 32GB, sold separately. The FM radio works with or without a headset, and there is a 3.5mm jack and a voice recorder. It stores 2,000 contacts and 500 SMS messages. HMD rates the removable 1450mAh battery at up to 20 hours of talk time and 30 days on standby.

This is a 2G only phone for GSM networks on the 900 or 1800 MHz band, and HMD India recommends its 4G VoLTE models for Jio, so it is not suited to a Jio SIM. It takes two Mini-SIM cards, but while one is in a call the other may be unavailable. HMD lists no camera, Bluetooth or internet apps, and it charges over Micro USB, not Type-C.

Disclaimer

Product images are for illustration purposes only and actual product appearance may vary slightly.

Talk time and standby figures come from HMD; actual battery life depends on network signal, settings and usage.

This phone works on 2G (GSM) networks only. Service depends on your operator offering 2G coverage in your area.

The battery has limited recharge cycles and its capacity reduces over time, so it may eventually need to be replaced.
