Nokia 105 Single SIM Keypad Mobile Phone - Cyan

The Nokia 105 single SIM keypad phone in Cyan is a basic HMD phone for calls, texts and long battery life. Its 1.8-inch QQVGA colour screen sits above a numeric keypad, and the polycarbonate back has a nano-textured finish. The body is rated IP52 against dust and dripping water. It takes one Mini-SIM card.

The FM radio plays through the loudspeaker with or without a headset, and there is a 3.5mm jack. HMD lists built-in UPI payments. It stores up to 2,000 contacts and 500 SMS messages, and a torch, an alarm clock, a calendar, a calculator and a few games are built in. HMD rates the removable 1000mAh battery at up to 12 hours of talk time and up to 22 days on standby.

This is a 2G only phone. It needs a 2G (GSM) network on the 900 or 1800 MHz band, and HMD India recommends its 4G VoLTE models for Jio, so it is not suited to a Jio SIM. HMD lists no camera, Bluetooth, memory card slot or internet apps, and it charges over Micro USB, not Type-C.

Put your fingernail in the small slot on the side of the phone, lift off the back cover and take out the battery if it is in. Slide the Mini-SIM into the SIM card slot with the contact area face down. On the dual SIM version, slide a second Mini-SIM into the SIM2 slot. Put the battery and cover back, charge the phone with the charger from the box, and switch it on by pressing and holding the Power/End key.
