Nokia 105 Classic Single SIM Keypad Mobile Phone - Charcoal

The Nokia 105 Classic keypad phone in Charcoal is a basic single SIM phone made by HMD and manufactured in India, built for calls, texts and long battery life. Its 1.77-inch QQVGA screen sits above a numeric keypad, and the polycarbonate body has its colour moulded in, so scratches show less.

The FM radio plays through the loudspeaker with or without a headset, and there is a 3.5mm jack for wired earphones. The phonebook holds up to 2,000 contacts and the inbox up to 500 SMS messages. A torch, an alarm clock, a calendar, a calculator and 9 preloaded games, including Snake, are built in. HMD rates the removable 800mAh battery at up to 12 hours of talk time and up to 18 days on standby, and a Micro USB charger comes in the box.

This is a 2G only phone. It needs a 2G (GSM) network on the 900 or 1800 MHz band, and HMD India recommends its 4G VoLTE models for Jio, so it is not suited to a Jio SIM. It takes one Mini-SIM card. HMD lists no camera, Bluetooth, memory card slot or internet apps, and it charges over Micro USB, not Type-C.

Put your fingernail in the small slot at the bottom left corner, lift off the back cover and take out the battery if it is in. Slide the Mini-SIM into the SIM card slot with the contact area face down, then put the battery and cover back. Charge the phone with the charger from the box, and switch it on by pressing and holding the Power/End key.
