The Motorola Moto G35 5G in Leaf Green has a vegan leather back and a body 7.79 mm thin that weighs about 185 g. The 6.72-inch LCD shows 2400 x 1080 pixels at up to 120Hz, with Vision Booster for outdoor viewing and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top. It is rated IP52 against splashes, and Water Touch keeps the screen usable with wet fingers.
The back has a 50MP Quad Pixel main camera with f/1.8 and PDAF, next to an 8MP ultra wide with a 120-degree view. The main camera records 4K video at 30fps and the 16MP front camera records Full HD. Night Vision, Portrait and Pro mode with long exposure are in the camera app.
Inside is the Unisoc T760 with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Dual stereo speakers support Dolby Atmos, and there is a 3.5mm headphone jack and FM radio. The 5000mAh battery charges at up to 18W; Motorola India lists a 20W charger and a protective case in the box. Worth knowing: a microSD card takes the second SIM slot, there is no NFC, and Motorola India lists 1 Android upgrade and 2 years of security updates.
Use the SIM tool from the box to open the tray and fit one or two Nano-SIM cards, or one Nano-SIM and a microSD card, as the second slot is shared. Charge with the 20W charger and USB cable supplied and fit the protective case if you want it. Switch the phone on and follow the on-screen steps to sign in and copy your apps and data from your old phone.
