FAQs
Disclaimer
Product images are for illustration purposes only and actual product appearance may vary slightly.
Usable RAM and storage are less than stated, because the operating system and pre-installed apps use part of them.
RAM Boost uses part of the internal storage as virtual RAM, so free storage is lower while it is on. It is on by default.
Battery life and charging times are Motorola test figures; real results depend on usage, settings, network and temperature.
IP64 is tested under lab conditions and covers spills, splashes and light rain in fresh water. The phone is not waterproof, should not be submerged or exposed to pressurised water, and resistance drops with normal wear.
MIL-STD-810H testing is not a guarantee of future performance; Motorola says damage from abuse is not covered by its standard warranty.
The front camera combines 4 pixels into 1, so selfies are saved at 8MP.
The refresh rate goes up to 120Hz; the actual rate depends on the app, content and settings.
A microSD card is sold separately and takes the place of the second SIM.
5G needs a 5G plan and network coverage from your operator.
