Marshall Major V Wireless Bluetooth On-Ear Headphones with Mic - Brown

The Marshall Major V wireless on-ear headphones use custom-tuned 40 mm dynamic drivers, rated 20 Hz to 20 kHz, for Marshall's signature sound with strong bass and clear treble. They connect over Bluetooth 5.3 with the SBC, AAC and LC3 codecs, are ready for Bluetooth LE Audio, and can stay linked to two devices at once with multipoint.

Marshall rates the battery at more than 100 hours of wireless playtime, and 15 minutes on charge gives about 15 hours. A full charge takes around 3 hours with the USB-C cable or on a wireless charging pad (not included). The control knob handles power, playback, volume and calls, and the M-button opens Spotify Tap by default; the free Marshall Bluetooth app can set it to switch EQ or call up your voice assistant instead. The app also adds an adjustable EQ, firmware updates and a battery preservation mode that stops charging at 90%.

The ear cups fold in for a bag, and the headphones weigh 186 g. There is no active noise cancelling and no water resistance rating, so keep them out of the rain. The battery can be replaced at Marshall's authorised repair centres.

Charge the headphones before first use with the supplied USB-C cable, or rest them on a wireless charging pad (not included); a full charge takes about 3 hours. Push and hold the control knob until the LED turns to a slow blue pulse, then select MAJOR V from your device's Bluetooth list. To add EQ settings, change the M-button and get firmware updates, install the Marshall Bluetooth app and follow its steps. For wired listening, plug the 3.5 mm audio cord into the headphones and into your device's headphone socket.
