The Marshall Major IV wireless on-ear headphones use custom-tuned 40 mm dynamic drivers, rated 20 Hz to 20 kHz, for Marshall's signature sound with strong bass and clear treble. Released in 2020, they connect over Bluetooth 5.0 with a range of about 10 metres, and a built-in mic handles calls.
Marshall rates the battery at more than 80 hours of wireless playtime, and 15 minutes on charge gives about 15 hours. A full charge takes around 3 hours, either with the USB-C cable or on a wireless charging pad (not included). The gold-coloured control knob plays, pauses and skips tracks, changes the volume, switches the headphones on and off, and answers, rejects or ends calls.
The ear cups fold in with a fold clip that protects the ear caps, and the textured black vinyl is a vegan, leather-like material. There is no active noise cancelling, no app and no water resistance rating, and the mic works only over Bluetooth. The 3.5 mm socket lets you keep listening on the cable when the battery is flat, or share your music with a friend.
Charge the headphones before first use with the supplied USB-C cable, or place them on a wireless charging pad (not included); a full charge takes about 3 hours. Push and hold the control knob until the LED blinks blue, then select the Major IV from your device's Bluetooth list. No app is needed. For wired listening, plug the 3.5 mm audio cord into the headphones and into your device's headphone socket. The mic works only when connected over Bluetooth.

Wear these daily for work calls and gym, super comfy even after hours. Bass is a bit flat compared to what I was hoping for but mids and vocals sound great. Wireless charging is a nice touch.
