The Marshall Bromley 450 is a portable Bluetooth party speaker launched in March 2026 as a smaller, lighter partner to the Bromley 750. It comes in Black and Brass, with a PU leather wrap, TPU corner caps, a stamped metal grille with integrated stage lights and a built-in carry handle. Six Class D amplifiers, two 90W for the 6.5-inch woofers and four 55W for the 2-inch full-range drivers, work with two passive radiators in a sealed cabinet, rated 40 Hz to 20 kHz and up to 100 dB at 1 m.
Drivers on every side give True Stereophonic 360-degree sound, so the mix sounds the same wherever people stand. Two XLR and 6.35 mm combo inputs take a microphone or a guitar, each with its own volume and a choice of reverb, delay or both, and the lights run through three presets. Bluetooth 5.3 with Auracast keeps two phones connected, next to AUX in and out, RCA and USB-C audio inputs.
The LiFePO4 battery lasts more than 40 hours, 20 minutes on mains power adds about 6 hours, and the speaker also runs from the wall with the battery out. The battery slides out and works as a power bank. At 12.3 kg it has a handle but no wheels, microphones and the carry strap are sold separately, and there is no Wi-Fi, aptX or LDAC.
The battery comes fitted inside the speaker. Open the mains input hatch on the back, connect the included mains lead to the speaker and then to the wall socket to charge the battery or play from the wall. Push the power switch to turn the speaker on, keep the volume low, press the source selector to choose Bluetooth, then hold it until the light pulses slowly and pick BROMLEY 450 in your phone's Bluetooth list. Before plugging in a microphone or guitar, set its input switch to MIC or INST and turn the input volume up slowly. The Marshall Bluetooth app adds EQ settings, M-button options and firmware updates.
Marshall Bromley 450 speaker, Bromley battery (fitted in the speaker), mains lead, battery quick start guide, quick start guide and legal and safety information. Microphones, audio cables and the carry strap are not included.
