The JBL Tune 310C are wired USB-C earphones with a mic, made for phones, tablets and laptops that no longer have a headphone jack. A built-in DAC takes the digital signal straight from the USB-C port, while the 9 mm dynamic drivers carry Hi-Res Audio certification and cover 20 Hz to 40 kHz.
The 3-button remote on the flat, tangle-free cable plays and pauses music, skips tracks, changes the volume and answers calls through the built-in microphone. Hold the plus and minus buttons together for two seconds to move between the Default, Bass and Vocal EQ presets, which work without an app. Ear tips come in three sizes, and the pair weighs 14.3 g.
The plug is USB-C only, with no 3.5 mm plug and no adapter in the box, so your device needs a USB-C port that carries audio. JBL's tested list names the iPhone 15 and 15 Pro Max, recent iPads, many Android phones, laptops and the Nintendo Switch, and a few phones do not support calls over USB-C. There is no noise cancelling or water resistance rating, and one detailed review notes cable noise on the move.
Pick the ear tip size that seals comfortably; the medium tips come fitted. Plug the USB-C connector into your phone, tablet or laptop and the earphones work straight away, with nothing to charge or pair. If no sound plays, check that the device's USB-C port supports audio output; JBL's compatibility guide lists the models it has tested. Hold the plus and minus buttons together for 2 seconds to cycle through the Default, Bass and Vocal presets. On some phones, including several Xiaomi and Huawei models, press and hold the middle button to end a call.

Harman India gives JBL products bought from an authorised Harman dealer in India a one-year limited warranty from the date on the invoice. Defective parts are repaired or replaced free of charge at an authorised Harman service centre; Harman does not give refunds on warranty claims. Log a request with JBL India customer support first, and keep the original invoice, as every claim needs it. Physical or accidental damage, batteries and buttons that wear with use, accessories such as charging cables and power adapters, and repairs by anyone other than an authorised service centre are not covered.
