The JBL Flip 7 is a portable Bluetooth speaker built around a 45 x 80 mm woofer and a separate 16 mm tweeter, driven at 25W and 10W RMS. AI Sound Boost analyses the music in real time to keep distortion down at high volume. It connects over Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB-C cable from a laptop or tablet carries lossless audio.
The body is rated IP68, so it is dust tight and can sit in water 1.5 m deep for 30 minutes, and JBL says it survives a 1 m drop onto concrete. The PushLock mount on the back takes a finger loop or a carabiner, both in the box. The battery runs up to 14 hours, plus 2 more with Playtime Boost, and a full charge takes about 2.5 hours.
A single Flip 7 plays in mono. Two of them pair in stereo over Auracast, and other Auracast-enabled JBL speakers can join to play the same music, but older PartyBoost models such as the Flip 6 cannot. There is no microphone, AUX input or Wi-Fi, playtime falls well short of the rating at high volume, and no USB-C cable or charger is included.

Battery is not lasting anywhere near what JBL claims. 5-6 hrs max for me even at medium volume. Sound is ok nothing special. Maybe got a defective piece not sure
took it on a trip last week, battery lasted the whole day no issues. sound is decent but not super loud outdoors like jbl claims. delivery was quick too, ordered on a tuesday and had it by thursday. still happy with the purchase overall
