JBL Cinema SB180 220W 2.1 Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer - Black

The JBL Cinema SB180 is a 2.1 channel soundbar that comes with a wireless subwoofer and 220W of maximum power. The bar uses two 45 x 100 mm racetrack drivers rated at 100W, and the 6.5 inch subwoofer adds 120W for the low end. At 920 mm wide and 63 mm tall, it sits below most TVs or goes on the wall with the bracket kit in the box.

The supplied HDMI cable links the bar to your TV's ARC port, and with HDMI-CEC turned on the TV remote handles power, volume and source. An optical input covers TVs without ARC. Bluetooth 5.3 streams music from a phone or laptop, and the remote switches between the CIN, SONG and TV sound modes. The subwoofer pairs with the bar by itself, so it can go anywhere within 6 m of it.

This is a simple bar. It has no Wi-Fi, app, voice assistant or HDMI input, it does not support Dolby Atmos, and the HDMI link is ARC rather than eARC. Most owners rate it well for small and medium rooms, while a few expected deeper bass at this price.

Place the bar below your TV or hang it on the wall with the bracket kit. Put the subwoofer on the floor at least 1 m from the bar and 10 cm from the wall, and no more than 6 m away. Connect the supplied HDMI cable to the ARC or eARC port on your TV and turn on HDMI-CEC and ARC in the TV's settings, or use an optical cable (sold separately). Plug in both power cords and switch on; the subwoofer light turns solid blue once it pairs. To pair a phone, select Bluetooth and choose "CINEMA SB180".

Harman India gives JBL products bought from an authorised Harman dealer in India a one-year limited warranty from the date on the invoice. Defective parts are repaired or replaced free of charge at an authorised Harman service centre; Harman does not give refunds on warranty claims. Log a request with JBL India customer support first, and keep the original invoice, as every claim needs it. Physical or accidental damage, batteries and buttons that wear with use, accessories such as charging cables and power adapters, and repairs by anyone other than an authorised service centre are not covered.
