The JBL Boombox 2 is a portable Bluetooth speaker sized for backyards, terraces and beach days. Two 4-inch woofers and two 20 mm tweeters cover 50 Hz to 20 kHz, and JBL rates it for more power on mains than on battery. A wide grip handle runs across the top.
The 72.6 Wh battery gives up to 24 hours of music and refills in about 6.5 hours from the supplied adapter. A covered panel on the back holds the power socket, a 3.5 mm AUX input and a USB-A port that charges your phone. It connects over Bluetooth 5.1, and PartyBoost links it to speakers such as the Charge 5 and Flip 6, or to a second Boombox 2 for stereo. IPX7 means it survives 30 minutes in 1 m of water.
At 5.9 kg it is heavy to carry far. There is no microphone for calls or voice assistants, and it charges only from its own adapter, not USB-C. Newer Auracast models such as the Charge 6 and Flip 7 do not pair with it. Reviewers like its volume and clear vocals but hear some strain at full volume.

much heavier than i thought it would be from photos. not really a beach carry speaker like i expected. sound is good though cant deny that. battery meter also seems off, shows full but dies in few hours
