The Infinix Hot 70 Pro 5G smartphone in Dive Blue is a 5G phone launched in India in September 2026, with a matte blue back and an orange OneTap key on the side. Its most unusual part is the Active Matrix Cube below the cameras: a small dot-matrix light panel that Infinix says can show notifications and emoji and even run simple games.
The 6.76-inch FHD+ screen (2344 x 1080) refreshes at up to 144Hz and reaches 910 nits in high brightness mode. Inside are the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 on a 6nm process, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, plus a microSD card slot. The 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera offers 2x lossless zoom and a Vlog mode, and the 8MP front camera records 2K video. It runs XOS 16 on Android 16 and has NFC and an IR blaster.
The screen is an LCD rather than AMOLED, and Wi-Fi tops out at Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac). There is no 3.5mm headphone jack, so wired earphones need USB Type-C. The 6000mAh battery charges at 45W. Infinix's standard warranty does not cover liquid damage, so the IP68 rating is no guarantee against water damage.
Use the SIM ejector pin from the box to open the tray; the Hot 70 Pro 5G takes two nano-SIM cards and a microSD card. A TPU case is in the box if you want extra protection. Charge it with the adaptor and USB Type-C cable from the box, then switch it on, sign in with your Google account and follow the on-screen setup.

Infinix India covers the phone for one year and the in-box accessories for 6 months from the date of purchase. Physical and liquid damage are not covered by the standard warranty. Service is through Infinix's Carl Care service network, with over 1,100 service centres in India.
