Dyson Purifier Big+Quiet BP02 Air Purifier - White/Satin Silver

The Dyson Purifier Big+Quiet BP02 is an air purifier built for large rooms and open-plan spaces. Cone aerodynamics project purified air up to 10 metres, pulling distant pollutants back to the filters, and Dyson rates it for rooms up to 1076 sq ft (100 sq m). Even at full speed the motor records 56dBA of sound power.

Filtration has two stages inside a machine sealed to HEPA H13 grade. The HEPA H13 filter uses 21 metres of borosilicate microfibre and captures 99.95% of particles as small as 0.1 microns, and the activated carbon filter takes out odours and gases such as benzene and NO2. In Auto mode its sensors check the air every second and show results on the LCD and in the MyDyson app. The airflow angle sets to 0, 25 or 50 degrees, and Breeze mode is built in.

It is a big machine at 830 mm tall and 11.8 kg, though hidden wheels let you roll it over hard floors. Dyson suggests a corner at least one metre from the wall. The HEPA filter lasts up to five years and the carbon filter about two, and the HEPA filter releases in one click for disposal.

Stand the purifier upright in the corner of the room, at least one metre from the wall, on a hard floor near a socket. Switch on with the remote and choose Auto mode, then set the airflow angle to 0, 25 or 50 degrees. Download the MyDyson app to connect it to your Wi-Fi for schedules and reports.
