The Bose SoundLink Flex (2nd Gen) is a portable Bluetooth speaker made for travel and the outdoors. It plays in mono, and PositionIQ senses whether the speaker is standing up, lying flat or hanging from its strap, then tunes the sound to suit. The silicone-wrapped body and steel grille are rated IP67, so it handles sand, rain and a drop into water up to 1 m deep for 30 minutes. It floats, too.
Bluetooth 5.3 reaches about 9 m and keeps two devices connected at once. Phones with Snapdragon Sound stream over aptX Adaptive, and AAC is also supported. The Bose app adds an adjustable EQ, and the Shortcut button links a second compatible Bose speaker in Stereo or Party Mode. The battery lasts up to 12 hours at half volume and recharges in about 4 hours over USB-C.
At full volume the battery lasts closer to 3 hours. There is no AUX input and no power adapter in the box, only a USB-C to USB-A cable. It cannot be linked with the first SoundLink Flex. Owners like the bass for its size, though some expected more volume.

Reviews
Speaker sound is really good, no issues there. Only problem was delivery, took 9 days to reach Guwahati when site said 3-4 days. Had to call customer care twice. Please improve delivery for northeast
Carried this to the beach and it survived sand + splashes without a scratch. Sound is crisp even at max volume, doesn't sound tinny like cheaper speakers do. Came sealed in original Bose packaging so no worries about authenticity, and delivery was surprisingly quick - ordered on a Monday, had it by Wednesday.
