boAt Rockerz Zen ANC Wireless Bluetooth Neckband Earphones with Mic - Ivory White

The boAt Rockerz Zen ANC is a wireless Bluetooth neckband earphone with active noise cancellation rated at up to 30 dB. A separate ANC button on the band cycles through Ambient, ANC and Normal modes, and the earphones remember the last mode used. Each earbud has a 13 mm driver tuned for boAt Signature Sound, with a 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response.

boAt rates the 280 mAh battery at up to 40 hours with ANC off and up to 28 hours with ANC on at 60% volume. A full charge over USB Type-C takes up to 50 minutes. The earbuds are magnetic: pull them apart to switch the neckband on and clip them together to switch it off. ENx reduces background noise on calls, BEAST Mode cuts latency to about 40 ms for games, and the boAt Hearables app lets you change noise modes and customise the buttons.

A few limits. Battery life drops when ANC or Ambient mode is on. IPX5 covers sweat and splashes, not swimming. boAt does not include a power adapter, so use a 5 V phone charger. This listing is the Ivory White colour.

Charge the neckband fully before first use with the Type-C cable from the box; boAt does not include an adapter, so use a 5 V phone charger. Pull the magnetic earbuds apart to switch it on (or hold the multi-function button for 3 seconds). Open Bluetooth on your phone and choose "Rockerz Zen ANC". Press the ANC button once to cycle Ambient, ANC and Normal mode. Install the boAt Hearables app to change modes and customise the buttons. To reset, forget the device on your phone, hold the ANC button and volume - together for 5 seconds, then pair again.

boAt Rockerz Zen ANC neckband, USB Type-C charging cable, user guide and 2 extra pairs of ear tips. No power adapter is included.

boAt (Imagine Marketing Ltd) gives its Bluetooth earphones a 12-month limited warranty in India from the date of the original purchase, covering faults in materials and workmanship under normal use. Service is carry-in at a boAt service centre or authorised service partner, and boAt may repair the neckband or replace it with a new or factory-refurbished unit. Every claim needs the original invoice showing the seller, purchase date and GST number; register the product and raise a claim at support.boat-lifestyle.com. Physical or accidental damage, liquid damage, normal wear, batteries, the supplied charging cable and repairs by anyone other than an authorised boAt service centre are not covered.
