boAt Rockerz 238 Pro Wireless Bluetooth Neckband Earphones with Mic - Ash Grey

The boAt Rockerz 238 Pro wireless neckband earphones put a 10 mm dynamic driver in each earbud, tuned for boAt Signature Sound with a bass-forward balance. The built-in mic works with boAt's ENx environmental noise cancellation to cut wind and background noise around your voice on calls, and BEAST Mode lowers the audio delay so sound stays in step with games and video.

The band sits behind your neck, and the magnetic earbuds clip together when they are out of your ears. Integrated controls on the neckband handle volume and play or pause, and the band vibrates when a call comes in, so you notice it even when the earbuds are hanging around your neck. Bluetooth 5.2 with dual pairing keeps it linked to two devices at once, such as a phone and a laptop.

boAt rates the battery at up to 20 hours of playback at 60% volume, and a 10-minute ASAP Charge over USB Type-C gives up to 10 hours. There is no active noise cancelling for music, and IPX5 covers sweat and water splashes during runs and workouts, not swimming.

Charge the neckband fully before first use with the USB Type-C cable from the box, from a phone charger, laptop or power bank; boAt does not include an adapter. Switch it on with the multi-function button, turn on Bluetooth on your phone and select the neckband in the list of Bluetooth devices. With dual pairing you can connect a second device, such as a laptop, as well. The user manual in the box shows the button presses and LED signals for pairing and resetting.

boAt Rockerz 238 Pro neckband, USB Type-C charging cable, 2 extra pairs of ear tips (small and large) and user manual. No power adapter is included.

boAt (Imagine Marketing Ltd) gives its Bluetooth earphones a 12-month limited warranty in India from the date of the original purchase, covering faults in materials and workmanship under normal use. Service is carry-in at a boAt service centre or authorised service partner, and boAt may repair the neckband or replace it with a new or factory-refurbished unit. Every claim needs the original invoice showing the seller, purchase date and GST number; register the product and raise a claim at support.boat-lifestyle.com. Physical or accidental damage, liquid damage, normal wear, batteries, the supplied charging cable and repairs by anyone other than an authorised boAt service centre are not covered.
