The boAt Nirvana Zenith true wireless noise cancelling earbuds pair 11 mm drivers with hybrid active noise cancellation that boAt rates at up to 50 dB, so traffic, trains and office chatter fade into the background. A long touch on the right earbud moves between ANC, Ambient and Normal modes, and a long touch on the left switches between Dolby Audio and boAt Signature Sound. The boAt Hearables app adds Dolby presets for music and movies, an equaliser and Adaptive EQ by Mimi, which tunes the sound to a short hearing test. Six microphones with AI ENx keep your voice clear on calls.

Multipoint keeps the earbuds connected to two devices at once, Google Fast Pair and IWP make pairing quick, in-ear detection pauses the music when you take them out, and BEAST Mode brings the audio delay down to about 60 ms for games and video. boAt rates playback at up to 8 hours per charge and 50 hours in total with the case, and a 5-minute ASAP Charge gives about an hour of music.

This Mystique Black pair has silver stems and a chrome glass finish on the case lid. Volume is set from the phone unless you give a tap that job in the app, and IPX5 covers sweat and rain, not swimming. A USB Type-C cable is in the box, but no power adapter.

Charge the case and earbuds fully before first use with the Type-C cable from the box and a 5V 2A adapter (not included; avoid 9V or 12V fast chargers). Open the case lid and the earbuds switch on; take them out and the master earbud flashes blue and red for pairing. Pick "Nirvana Zenith" in your phone's Bluetooth list (Android phones can also save it to your Google account with Fast Pair); after that IWP reconnects them each time the case opens. Scan the QR code on the box, or search the Play Store or App Store, to install the boAt Hearables app, which switches noise cancelling modes, sets the Dolby Audio presets, equaliser and Adaptive EQ, changes the touch controls, turns in-ear detection and multipoint on or off, runs diagnostics and updates the firmware. By default a single tap on either earbud plays, pauses or answers a call, a double tap ends or rejects a call, a double tap on the left or right earbud goes to the previous or next track, four taps on the left earbud call up the voice assistant, a two-second touch on the right earbud cycles Normal, Ambient and ANC, and a two-second touch on the left switches between Dolby Audio and boAt Signature Sound. To reset, forget "Nirvana Zenith" on your phone, put both earbuds in the case and hold the reset button on the case for 10 seconds until the case blinks green and the earbuds blink red 5 times, close the lid for 5 seconds, then open it and pair again.
