  • Hybrid active noise cancellation rated by boAt at up to 50 dB, with ANC, Ambient and Normal modes from the right earbud or the boAt Hearables app.
  • 11 mm driver in each earbud with boAt Signature Sound, 360 degree boAt Spatial Audio with head tracking and Adaptive EQ by Mimi.
  • Four microphones (two per earbud) with AI-ENx noise reduction for clearer calls.
  • Up to 50 hours of playback with the case (ANC off) or 30.5 hours with ANC on; 10 minutes of ASAP Charge gives about 240 minutes.
  • Multipoint connection to two devices at once, Google Fast Pair, IWP instant pairing when the case opens and in-ear detection.
  • BEAST Mode low latency of about 60 ms, Bluetooth 5.3 with AAC, and IPX5 sweat and water splash resistance.

The boAt Nirvana Ivy true wireless noise cancelling earbuds put an 11 mm dynamic driver in each bud and use hybrid active noise cancellation that boAt rates at up to 50 dB, for trains, flights and busy offices. A long touch on the right earbud moves between Normal, Ambient and ANC modes, and a long touch on the left turns 360 degree boAt Spatial Audio on or off. In the boAt Hearables app the spatial audio can stay fixed or follow your head as you turn, and the app also adds EQ presets and Adaptive EQ by Mimi, which tunes the sound to a short hearing test. Two microphones in each earbud with AI-ENx cut the background noise on calls.

Multipoint keeps the earbuds connected to two devices at once, such as a phone and a laptop, Google Fast Pair speeds up the first pairing on Android, and IWP reconnects them as soon as the case opens. In-ear detection pauses the music when you take an earbud out, and BEAST Mode brings the audio delay down to about 60 ms for games and video. boAt rates playback at up to 50 hours in total with ANC off, or 30.5 hours with ANC on, and ASAP Charge gives about 240 minutes of music from a 10-minute charge.

This Gunmetal Black pair has a matching charging case. Volume is set from the phone unless you give a tap that job in the app, and IPX5 covers sweat and water splashes, not swimming. A USB Type-C cable and three extra pairs of ear tips are in the box, but no power adapter.

Charge the case and earbuds before first use with the Type-C cable from the box; no adapter is included, and boAt advises a 5V 2A adapter rather than a 9V or 12V fast charger. Peel the protective film off the earbuds, put them back in the case and open the lid: they switch on with a short blue light, and once taken out they flash red and blue for pairing. Pick "Nirvana Ivy" in your phone's Bluetooth list (Android phones can also save it to your Google account with Fast Pair); after that IWP reconnects them each time the case opens. Scan the QR code on the box, or search the Play Store or App Store, to install the boAt Hearables app, which switches noise cancelling modes, sets Spatial Audio to Off, Fixed or Head Tracked, sets the equaliser and Adaptive EQ, changes the touch controls, manages multipoint and in-ear detection, and updates the firmware. By default a single tap on either earbud plays, pauses or answers a call, a double tap ends or rejects a call, a double tap on the left or right earbud goes to the previous or next track, a three-second touch on the right earbud cycles Normal, Ambient and ANC, and a three-second touch on the left turns Spatial Audio on or off. To reset, forget "Nirvana Ivy" on your phone, put both earbuds in the case and hold the reset button inside the case for 10 seconds until the earbuds and the case blink red 5 times, close the lid for a few seconds, then open it and pair again. The app can also reset them under Troubleshooting, Malfunctioning, Reset My Device.

Nirvana Ivy earbuds (one pair) in their charging case, USB Type-C charging cable, three extra pairs of ear tips (four sizes in all, XS to L), the user manual and a warranty card. No power adapter is included.

boAt (Imagine Marketing Ltd) gives its Bluetooth earphones a 12-month limited warranty in India from the date of the original purchase, covering faults in materials and workmanship under normal use. Service is carry-in at a boAt service centre or authorised service partner, and boAt may repair the earbuds or replace them with a new or factory-refurbished unit. Every claim needs the original invoice showing the seller, purchase date and GST number; register the product and raise a claim at support.boat-lifestyle.com. Physical or accidental damage, liquid damage, normal wear, batteries, the supplied charging cable and repairs by anyone other than an authorised boAt service centre are not covered.
