boAt Airdopes Ultra Plus True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds with Mic - Active Black

The boAt Airdopes Ultra Plus true wireless earbuds put a 10 mm driver in each bud, tuned for boAt Signature Sound across a 20 Hz to 20 kHz range. The in-ear design with silicone ear tips sits snugly for long listening sessions, and a touch control on each earbud handles music, calls and your voice assistant.

There are four microphones, two in each earbud, and they work with ENx environmental noise cancellation to cut the background noise around your voice, so the person on the other end hears you clearly. For games and videos, BEAST Mode lowers the audio delay to about 50 ms, which suits casual gaming and streaming.

Insta Wake 'n' Pair switches the earbuds on and connects them to your last paired phone as soon as you open the case, over Bluetooth 5.3 with a range of up to 10 metres. Either earbud can also be used on its own in mono mode.

boAt rates total playback at up to 50 hours with the 650 mAh case. The earbuds charge in about 30 minutes and the case in up to 1.5 hours over USB Type-C, and when you are short on time, 5 minutes of ASAP Charge gives about 60 minutes of music.

There is no active noise cancelling for music, as ENx only works on calls, and volume is set from the phone. IPX5 covers sweat and splashes, not swimming or showers. A USB Type-C cable is in the box, but no power adapter.

Charge the earbuds and case fully before first use with the USB Type-C cable from the box; use a normal 5V phone charger, laptop port or power bank, not a 9V or 12V fast charger. The white LED on the case blinks while it charges and stays on when it is full. Open the case lid and the earbuds switch on and go into pairing mode, shown by red and blue flashes. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and choose 'Airdopes Ultra Plus' in the list. After that, Insta Wake 'n' Pair reconnects them as soon as you open the case. Single tap either earbud to play, pause or answer a call, double tap either earbud to end or reject a call, double tap the left earbud for the previous track and the right for the next one, and hold the left earbud for 3 seconds for Google Assistant or Siri. Volume is set from your phone. To reset, forget 'Airdopes Ultra Plus' on your phone, put both earbuds in the case with the lid open, hold the reset button on the case for 10 seconds until the earbud LEDs flash red 5 times, close the lid for 5 seconds, then take them out and pair again.
