boAt Airdopes Ace True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds with Mic - Davys Green

The boAt Airdopes Ace true wireless earbuds use a large 13 mm dynamic driver in each bud, tuned for boAt Signature Sound across a 20 Hz to 20 kHz range. Dual microphones work with ENx environmental noise cancellation to cut the background noise around your voice, so you are heard clearly on calls from a busy street, a station or the office.

Bluetooth 5.3 with Insta Wake 'n' Pair switches the earbuds on and connects them as soon as you open the case, with a range of up to 10 metres. A triple tap on the right earbud turns on BEAST Mode, the low latency mode for games and videos, and a triple tap on the left one calls up Google Assistant or Siri.

boAt rates the earbuds at about 8.5 hours per charge and up to 35 hours in total with the 300 mAh charging case, measured at 60% volume. When you are running low, ASAP Charge gives about 120 minutes of playback from a 10-minute charge over USB Type-C.

The stem-style earbuds sit in the outer ear and the case is small enough for a pocket. There is no active noise cancelling for music, as ENx only works on calls, and volume is set from the phone. IPX5 covers sweat, rain and water splashes, not swimming. A USB Type-C cable is in the box, but no power adapter.

Charge the earbuds and case fully before first use with the USB Type-C cable from the box; boAt recommends a standard 5V 2A adapter, which is not included. Open the case lid with the earbuds inside and Insta Wake 'n' Pair switches them on and puts them into pairing mode (red and blue LED flashes); you can also switch them on by touching and holding both earbuds for 3 seconds. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, pick 'Airdopes Ace' in the list and pair. Pairing mode lasts 5 minutes. Single tap either earbud to play, pause or answer a call, double tap to end or reject a call, double tap the right earbud for the next track and the left for the previous one, triple tap the left earbud for Google Assistant or Siri and triple tap the right earbud to turn BEAST Mode on or off. Set the volume from your phone. To switch off by hand, hold either earbud for 8 seconds. To reset, forget 'Airdopes Ace' on your phone, take the earbuds out and hold both touch controls for 5 seconds, put them back in the case, close the lid for 5 seconds, then take them out and pair again.

Airdopes Ace earbuds (one pair), charging case, USB Type-C charging cable, user manual, warranty card, catalogue and FAQ card. No power adapter is included.
