The Most Wanted Parfum, released in 2022, sits at the top of Azzaro's Wanted range in both concentration and intensity. Where the original The Most Wanted plays with cardamom and caramel, the Parfum turns up the heat with ginger, smouldering woods and vanilla.
It opens with red ginger, bright and peppery, giving the first spray a real spark. The heart is an incandescent wood accord that feels warm and slightly smoky, like wood glowing at the edge of a fire.
As it settles, bourbon vanilla and a toffee accord take over. The drydown is sweet and ambery, but the lingering spice keeps it from turning sugary, and it wears with a smooth, magnetic warmth for hours.
The fragrance was composed by Michel Girard, Nadège Le Garlantezec, Shyamala Maisondieu and Roxanne Kirkpatrick. It comes in the black barrel-shaped Wanted bottle, lit from below by an amber gradient that hints at the warmth inside.
This is a cold weather scent that comes into its own at night, whether that means a dinner out, a party or a late evening with friends.
Spray onto pulse points such as the neck, wrists and chest from about 15 cm away. Let it dry naturally without rubbing. Two or three sprays are usually enough given the Parfum concentration.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the cap on when not in use to protect the fragrance.
