Apple Magic Keyboard with Touch ID for Mac Models with Apple Silicon (USB-C) - US English, White

The Apple Magic Keyboard with Touch ID for Mac models with Apple silicon is a wireless US English keyboard with a Touch ID fingerprint sensor, so you can log in and unlock your Mac with a touch. It is a compact layout without a numeric keypad, with multimedia keys along the top row, and Apple tunes it for comfortable, precise typing.

It connects over Bluetooth and pairs automatically: connect it to your Mac with the included woven USB-C charge cable, switch it on, and once paired you can unplug it. The internal battery lasts about a month or more between charges, and the same cable recharges it. It measures 27.89 cm wide and 11.49 cm deep and weighs 243 g.

Touch ID needs a Mac with Apple silicon running macOS 15.1 or later; after a restart you type your password once before Touch ID works. Without Touch ID it still works as a Bluetooth keyboard with other Apple devices. No power adapter is included.

Connect the keyboard to your Mac with the included USB-C cable and switch it on; you will see green under the power switch. It charges and pairs automatically, so you can then unplug it. Add your fingerprint in System Settings, Touch ID and Password. After a restart, type your password once before Touch ID works.
