The Apple iPhone 17 in Mist Blue with 512GB of storage has an aluminium design with Ceramic Shield 2 on the front and a glass back, rated IP68. The 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR display runs at up to 120Hz with ProMotion, has an Always-On mode and reaches 3,000 nits outdoors. The A19 chip has a 6-core CPU and a 5-core GPU with Neural Accelerators.
Both rear cameras are 48MP: the Fusion Main at f/1.6 with sensor-shift OIS and a 2x optical-quality option, and the Fusion Ultra Wide that also shoots macro. Video goes up to 4K Dolby Vision at 60 fps. The 18MP Center Stage front camera widens the frame for group shots, and Dual Capture records with the front and back cameras at once. It launched with iOS 26.
The India model takes one nano-SIM and an eSIM. There is no memory card slot, the USB-C port runs at USB 2 speeds, and Apple does not publish the RAM or battery capacity. No power adapter is in the box, and the 50% in about 20 minutes charge needs a 40W or higher adapter. There is no dedicated telephoto lens; the 2x option comes from the Main camera.
The India model has a SIM tray on the left side for one nano-SIM, and it also takes an eSIM, so you can use two numbers. Charge it with the USB-C Charge Cable from the box and your own USB-C power adapter, then turn it on. If you have another iPhone, keep it unlocked nearby with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on and use Quick Start to copy your apps and data. Keep both phones close and plugged in until the transfer finishes.
iPhone 17, a USB-C Charge Cable (1 m) and documentation. A power adapter is not included.

Reviews
Coming from an older iPhone this feels like a big jump in speed and camera quality. Colours are vibrant and the display looks great outdoors too. Only wish battery life was slightly better with heavy use. Otherwise very happy with this purchase
