Apple iMac 24-inch with Retina 4.5K Display M4 chip with 10-core CPU and 10-core GPU All-in-One Desktop, 24GB RAM, 512GB Storage - Green

The iMac 24-inch is an all-in-one desktop: the computer, display, camera, microphones and speakers sit in one thin aluminium body. The 4.5K Retina display shows 4480 x 2520 pixels at 500 nits with P3 wide colour and True Tone. In Green, the keyboard and mouse in the box come in a matching colour.

Inside is the Apple M4 chip with a 10-core CPU (4 performance and 6 efficiency cores), a 10-core GPU with hardware-accelerated ray tracing and a 16-core Neural Engine, backed by 24GB of unified memory at 120GB/s and a 512GB SSD. The Media Engine handles H.264, HEVC and ProRes video in hardware. The 12MP Center Stage camera keeps you in frame on calls and offers Desk View, and three studio-quality mics and six speakers with Spatial Audio cover calls and music.

Connections include four Thunderbolt 4 ports, Gigabit Ethernet, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3, and the iMac can drive two external 6K displays or one 8K display at 60Hz. Touch ID on the keyboard unlocks the Mac with a fingerprint. Memory and storage are set at purchase and cannot be upgraded later.

Place the iMac on your desk, connect the power cord to the power adapter and attach the adapter's cable to the magnetic power port on the back of the iMac. Press the power button on the back, then follow Setup Assistant to choose your language, join Wi-Fi and sign in with your Apple Account. Migration Assistant can bring over files and apps from another Mac or a Windows PC. Add your fingerprint to the Magic Keyboard with Touch ID when Setup Assistant asks. For a wired network, plug an Ethernet cable into the Gigabit Ethernet port on the power adapter. The keyboard and mouse charge over the USB-C Charge Cable in the box.
