Apple 70W USB-C Power Adapter

The Apple 70W USB-C Power Adapter gives quick, efficient charging at home, at the office or on the move. Apple recommends it for the 14-inch MacBook Pro and the 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Air, connected with a USB-C to MagSafe 3 Cable or a USB-C Charge Cable.

With MacBook Air models from 2022 onwards it supports fast charging, which Apple rates at up to 50 per cent in around 30 minutes. Apple India's compatibility list also covers MacBook Neo, MacBook Pro models from 2020 to the M5 generation, Apple Vision Pro, iPad Pro, iPhone and AirPods, since it works with any USB-C device.

Only the adapter is in the box, and the USB-C or MagSafe 3 cable is sold separately. It has one USB-C port, so it charges one device at a time. The 16-inch MacBook Pro will run from it, but Apple recommends its 140W adapter for that model to get fast charging.

Plug the adapter into a wall socket and connect your MacBook with a USB-C to MagSafe 3 Cable or a USB-C Charge Cable (sold separately). With MacBook Air (2022 and later), Apple rates fast charging at up to 50 per cent in around 30 minutes. The same adapter also charges an iPhone, iPad or AirPods with the matching USB-C cable.
