Apple 30W USB-C Power Adapter

The Apple 30W USB-C Power Adapter gives quick, efficient charging at home, at work or while travelling. Apple recommends it for MacBook Air and Apple Vision Pro, and says it can fast charge select iPhone and iPad Pro models when paired with a suitable USB-C cable.

Apple's Mac power adapter guide lists the 30W adapter with a USB-C Charge Cable for MacBook Air models, and with a USB-C to MagSafe 3 Cable for the 13-inch MacBook Air. It works with any USB-C device, so the same adapter can charge an iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch or AirPods once the laptop is full.

Only the adapter is in the box, and the charging cable is sold separately. It has one USB-C port, so it charges one device at a time. A MacBook Pro will still charge from it, but more slowly on 30W, and Apple recommends its 70W, 96W or 140W adapters for those models.

Plug the adapter into a wall socket and connect your MacBook with a USB-C to MagSafe 3 Cable or a USB-C Charge Cable (sold separately). Apple recommends this adapter for MacBook Air and Apple Vision Pro. The same adapter also charges an iPhone, iPad or AirPods with the matching USB-C cable.
