Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter

The Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter is Apple's standard charger for iPhone. Paired with a USB-C cable, it fast charges iPhone 8 and later models, and Apple's own testing shows up to 50 per cent battery in around 35 minutes. Apple also recommends it for optimal charging of iPad Pro and iPad Air.

Apple India's compatibility list for this adapter covers every iPhone from iPhone 8 onwards, including the iPhone 17 and iPhone 18 Pro models, along with iPad, iPad mini, Apple Watch, AirPods, HomePod mini and MacBook Neo. It has a single USB-C port and plugs straight into a wall socket, so it takes up little space in a bag.

The box contains the adapter only. Apple sells the charging cable separately, so you need a USB-C to USB-C cable for iPhone 15 and later or a USB-C to Lightning cable for older models. For MacBook Air and MacBook Pro, Apple recommends its higher-wattage adapters.

Plug the adapter into a wall socket, then connect your device with a USB-C charge cable (sold separately): USB-C to USB-C for iPhone 15 and later, iPad and other USB-C devices, or USB-C to Lightning for earlier iPhone models. For Apple Watch and AirPods, plug in the charging cable that came with them.
