WHOOP makes screenless wearables that track your sleep, strain and recovery day and night, then turn the data into daily coaching in the WHOOP app. You buy a WHOOP membership rather than just a device, and the sensor, a band and a charger come with it. Ours are in fitness trackers.

There is no screen on a WHOOP. The sensor sits on a knit band and records heart rate, HRV, skin temperature and movement around the clock, and you read everything in the WHOOP app on your phone, which needs an active membership to work. The current sensor, WHOOP 5.0, lasts 14+ days per charge and is water resistant to 10 m.

In India WHOOP sells two memberships, One and Peak, each with 12 months of access and a WHOOP 5.0 in the box. Peak adds Health Monitor, Stress Monitor and Healthspan, which estimates your WHOOP Age, and comes with the Wireless PowerPack so you can charge without taking it off. We stock the WHOOP 5.0 with a 12-month Peak membership in our fitness trackers.
